Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

He/she will manage the teams Key Performance Indicators and support the team to increase sales through training on sales techniques. He/she will also be responsible for developing and coaching effective questioning skills to understand a prospect needs.

The Sales Team Leader will give feedback on call structure and closing skills through quality monitoring. He/she will manage the team to sell client product and services, generate revenue, and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.

Requirements

- B.sc in Administration / Business Management or any relevant degree is preferable
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of sales processes and day to day activities.
- At least one year’s experiences in a contact centre.
- Experience in a Customer-orientated role(s) and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent attendance record
- Excellent Call Quality – consistently averaging 90% or above over the past 6 months (internal candidates only)
- Experience of managing escalation calls.
