Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Salesperson for a cleaning services company. This role involves customer engagement, relationship building, and market research. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outdoor sales, prospecting new clients, and building strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Market Research and Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities by researching market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Outdoor Sales Activities: Actively engage in outdoor sales activities, such as direct selling, client visits, and networking within the local market.

Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Other Job Details:
- 2-year contract period
- Expected joining date: As soon as possible

- Bachelor’s Degree (Relevant field preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience (experience in outdoor sales is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Candidates with experience in business development within the cleaning services industry will be given priority.

Salary:
BHD 250 to 300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
