Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salesperson with minimum of 2 years experience at jewellery to join our prestigious jewellery store in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with exclusive jewellery collections and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.
- Demonstrate jewellery items to customers while highlighting features and benefits.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and organized display of jewellery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality regarding customer information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong passion for jewellery and knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery design is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills for sales transaction processing.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
