To support the Screen-Printing Manager in overseeing daily operations of the screen-printing department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met. The role is responsible for coordinating staff, maintaining equipment, monitoring workflow, and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. The Assistant Manager also contributes to training team members, enforcing safety procedures, and assisting with planning and scheduling to achieve smooth, high-quality, and cost-effective production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistant to printing manager in all aspects of operational and managerial tasks.
- Communication with other departments to enhance the production process.
- Attendance of production planning meetings
- Follow up the weekly production plan.
- Follow up the production process of screen preparation colors mixing and screen-printing machines.
- Follow up the quality of the decal printed sheets.
- Follow up with decal application department for solving decal problems.
- Follow up with final assembly department for stickers quality issues.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and solve common screen-printing problems.
- Receiving general supervision from the printing manager.
- Act promptly within the established procedures guided by overall Company policies and objectives.
- Annual performance review with the printing manager.
- Day to day operational independence as per the guidelines approved.

Requirements:

Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma certificate in related field.
- Minimum 5 (five) to eight (8) years of experience in a related field.
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
- Reasonable communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.
- Should be mindful, alert, and reliable always.
- Should be willing to work extra hours whenever required.
- Patient and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
