Perform daily accounting entries in Odoo ERP.
Handle 150–200 accounting transactions per month.
Manage accounts payable including invoice processing and payment arrangements.
Manage accounts receivable, tenant follow-ups, and aging reports.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly financial closing and ensure accuracy of records.
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the managing director, including:

• Executive summary
• Profit & loss
• Cash flow summary
• Accounts receivable aging
• Accounts payable summary

Coordinate directly with external auditors and support annual audit.
Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.
Support VAT filings and statutory compliance.
Maintain accounting records for two special purpose vehicles, with limited annual transactions (5–10 per year).
Coordinate with facility management and leasing teams for rent reconciliation and financial accuracy.

Qualifications & skills required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Strong hands-on accounting skills.
• Experience using ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Audit preparation and auditor coordination experience.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Clear reporting and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with company owners and senior management.
• Experience in real estate or asset-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Understanding of service charges and tenant accounting is a plus.
