Senior Architect

Job description / Role

We are representing a regional Architecture practice with multiple offices in the region involved on a number of development projects within the Mixed-Use, Residential and Commercial sectors.

Having recently expanded their office and several meetings with the practice for months, we have now been tasked to help support their growth in Bahrain.

I am looking to speak with Senior Architects who would be interested in relocating to Bahrain with exciting growth plans in place.

You must have experience of being able to run projects from the initial concept stage through to construction with proven track record of working on various typologies of projects. You must have a strong portfolio and be able to lead a team of 15-20 staff in the design team of Architects and Technicians.

The business is undergoing strong growth across the region and have been nominated for several awards.

- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Must have a Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of projects (Hospitality/Hotel, large Residential, Mixed-Use projects would be desirable) - The portfolio must have mixture of design experience i.e. Concepts, Technical Details etc.
- Strong Proficiency in REVIT
- Leadership and Communication skills
