Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day management of client portfolios
• To manage existing and develop new potential individual investments
• To keep management up to date with existing Investments’ information and relevant market data.
• Conducting research to improve asset allocation and investment decisions for the asset management unit
• Ensures all research-related activities are carried out in line with the objectives, risk and investment guidelines
• Designs and develops research techniques and standard methodologies to enhance the research process
• Conducts market intelligence and research on economic and market conditions to identify potential investment opportunities in line with investment objectives.
• Provides accurate and timely research reports for facilitating investments across the different asset classes
• Conducting due diligence in assessment of the potential investment and associated risks involved
• Preparing periodic fund performance reports for internal management
• Prepare and take meeting minutes and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned
• Make recommendations relating to exit strategies to the Head of the department for further action
• Be abreast and maintain strong awareness of local / regional and international markets, macro-economic environment and statutory requirements and shares relevant updates with the team.
• Handle all ad-hoc projects/assignments requested by Head of the department and Management.

Requirements

Job Specification

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent professional qualification
• CFA and/or CAIA

Experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Private Equity, Real Estate and Hedge Funds
