Senior LPG Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior LPG Project Engineer in Bahrain. In this pivotal role, you will lead LPG project initiatives, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges in the LPG field. Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of LPG projects from conception through completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment on project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation and reports related to project progress and performance.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring all targets are met with high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field); Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in LPG project engineering or related fields with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of LPG industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to LPG systems design and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with diverse groups.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
