Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior LPG Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sector, providing technical expertise to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. The Senior LPG Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets in the LPG sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads in the LPG market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on LPG products, applications, and safety standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to showcase the benefits of our LPG solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our LPG offerings.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to LPG to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the LPG or related sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of LPG products, applications, and safety regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
