Job description / Role
A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Security manager to join a reputable client of ours in the Banking industry in their Bahrain office.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information security strategy and transformation moving forward. This role will require the candidate to identify the IT risk requirements and manage the overall security programs initiatives as well as complete administrative activities to run an efficient IT environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate will require a strong technical background and experience in a managerial role within the banking/finance space. It is also required to have a sound experience of working on security strategy and be able to understand security tools, technologies and policies while having worked with different security frameworks (ITIL, COBIT and ISO 2700x).
A technical degree and strong communication skills in English are required.
