Job description / Role
I am currently recruiting for my client who is the Mechanical and Electrical Division of a contracting company based in Bahrain. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an infrastructure and buildings project
Requirements
This candidate needs to be based in the GCC, we also need someone who has;
• At least 8 year’s experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Worked on construction, buildings or infrastructure projects
• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• Come from a contractor background
• Experience with MEP works, variations, claims and post contracts work
This position will suit a candidate who is comfortable with working with the client for negotiations, so excellent communication skills are a must
