Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To take a lead role in managing the HR centers of excellence with a primary responsibility to administer and develop employee reward and benefits strategy across the Company. Assess personnel needs and design targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction. To attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing the company’s profile as an employer of choice.

Functions and duties
- To oversee, coach, manage and support the Centre of Excellence specialists to support the delivery of the HR / people agenda across the company.
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and non financial compensations.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
- Develop a robust and fit for purpose job evaluation process delivering clear salary and benefits bench marking, grade and bandings and career progression routes across the Company
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Develop the company promotion process in line with job evaluation/analysis procedure.
- Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value such as the development of technical and managerial career paths.
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

Requirements

- Degree educated.
- 10 years HR management experience – Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
- Extensive experience (5 years +) in reward. Compensation and Benefits.
- Exposure into other areas of C of E, to include people development and resourcing.
- Working within a multi-cultural environment across a number of countries.
