Employment: Full Time

Senior Sales Executive - Tires, Batteries, Lubricants

Company: A renowned business group of Bahrain.

- Responsible for handling all marketing, sales and customer care activities for the assigned customer group (dealers, ministries, fleet owners, etc.); prepare order forms and related work documents accordingly
- Responsible for preparation of quotations; take the approval of TBA Division manager accordingly
- Maintain loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits, offering promotional materials and professional conduct
- Visit potential customers to demonstrate products and attempts to win new markets; keep in mind that he/she is ambassador of the company in the market and the only information channel between the company and the existing clients
- Negotiate with customers the variations in price and special promotions, commit to the price lists and discount limits provided by the TBA division manager
- Trouble shoot in matters of documentation, specifications and delivery
- Responsible for promoting current and new product lines; conduct technical seminars as necessary
- Handle customer complaints and defective products; refer back to TBA division manager and prepare necessary documents accordingly
- Provide technical advice to customers on current and forthcoming products
- Responsible for small deliveries and collection of payments
- Carry our market, customer and competitors’ information, report-back to the TBA Division head the information gathered on current and future trends
- Report to the TBA Division manager any difficulties or incidents that took place during work
- Responsible for his/her own sales report and daily plans. Consult with the TBA division manager accordingly
- Review on sales performance and adopt corrective and preventive actions accordingly
- Should be knowledgeable about the company’s internal procedures and policies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the TBA Division manager and job holder

Requirements

- Diploma in Sales or Marketing / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 5-6 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of Tire products
- Knowledge of battery products
- Knowledge of consumables, oils, and lubricants
- Strong market knowledge
- Excellent sales and marketing skills
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Computer skills
- Courteous, honest, and presentable
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
- Rapport building skills
