SOUS CHEF – CHOCOLATE, BAHRAIN!
The Chocolate Chef is a culinary professional who is responsible for turning a simple cake into a mountain of confectionary perfection!
He / she supervises the entire mise-en-place preparation of their daily order list. The Sous Chef (Chocolate) also maintains the quality standards of each designed cake. You will report into an Executive Chef
Salary package Offered:
Basic BD 800 plus allowances BD 245 plus medical, flights etc.

BHD 800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

What we need from you:
Minimum 7 years of experience in High- end chocolate production shop or high-end catering. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with his colleagues and co-workers to their understanding. Very passionate about his/her work. High attention to detail and consistently able to work to the highest standards Food Safety knowledge.
