Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist in Bahrain. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our clients, assisting them with technical issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues.
- Assist in the development of user manuals, guides, and FAQs for customer reference.
- Keep updated with the latest technology trends and support techniques to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar customer service position.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others and providing solutions.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
