Join our dynamic Forex trading team as a Telesales Executive in Bahrain, where you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, promote forex trading products, and contribute to our company's growth in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities:
- Contact generated leads to present the company’s forex trading services and key advantages.
- Clearly explain account opening procedures and provide a basic overview of trading platforms.
- Follow up with potential clients until the completion of the first deposit.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and successfully convert calls into active trading accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records, call outcomes, and progress updates in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular performance and sales reports to management.
- Work collaboratively within the sales team while strictly adhering to compliance policies and regulations.
- Ensure no trading advice or profit guarantees are provided to clients.

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the financial or forex industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to understand and explain forex trading products and market concepts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
BHD 300 to 500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
