Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented Temenos Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between our clients and the technology, helping them optimize their use of Temenos banking solutions. You will analyze business needs, configure Temenos applications, and provide guidance to ensure that clients achieve maximum value from their software investment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
• Configure and customize Temenos applications to align with client requirements, focusing on modules such as Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Wealth Management.
• Develop functional specifications and documentation to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Provide training and support for end users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the Temenos system effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest Temenos updates, modules, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain system integrity and design database workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Temenos software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos modules, functionalities, and related banking services.
• Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Temenos certification or training is preferred.
