Trading Sales Executive

Job description / Role

• Customer Engagement: Interact with walk-in customers to understand their needs and offer a variety of products based on their interests.
• Specialized Wooden Services: Be proficient in wooden services like cutting, customization, and finishing, with a strong passion and understanding of customer needs.
• Target Potential Customers: Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as construction and furniture making.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of wooden services, including wood types, cutting, lipping, grooving, and customization options.
• Sales Expertise: Develop thorough product knowledge on wood services and availability of stock, specific designs, and sizes in the store.
• Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demos of wooden services, offering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Quotation Preparation: Provide detailed quotes, including pricing and timelines, for wooden services.
• Order Fulfillment Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the showroom is well-organized, with attractive displays that effectively showcase products and promote sales.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage daily showroom operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review sales reports and track sales performance

• Bachelor's Degree: in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically preferred.
• Diploma or Certification in Sales/Marketing
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Additional qualifications related to the specific industry (e.g., Product Knowledge Training, Technical Certifications for technical or product-specific sales roles) may be required.
