The candidate is expected to:
• Align company sales goals and messages with appealing design
• Create and arranging window displays
• Design signage and interior displays
• Develop strategies to highlight promotions, price changes, clearance, and holiday/seasonal needs
• Anticipate and maximizing customer interest, reaction, and expectations with visual displays
• If available, collaborating with company teams to create, build, and display merchandise
• Take photos of process for comparison
• Maximize profitability with engaging signage and campaigns
• Create displays that are creative, on-trend, and appealing
• Monitor time constraints, costs, and budget
• Arrange in advance new ideas and strategies for displays of new product launches

Requirements

A successful candidate must:
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Strong listening skills; confident presentation and decision making skills
• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
• Up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market trends
• Extensive knowledge of the brand and product preferred
• Must at least have 2 or more years intensive experience in retail industry and visual merchandising
