Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Ensuring accuracy of treasury stock at any point in time by ensuring traceability of inventory items
• Ensure smooth execution of daily activities within different stores / branches on a regular basis
• Ensure proper maintenance and arrangement of items within the inventory with the help of the Assistant Store Keeper
• Facilitate cordial interaction with Sales, Procurement and Production department for day to day activities
• Facilitate smooth administration of processes linked to receipt and dispatch of products
• Ensure smooth execution of stock taking activity within inventory, factory as well as individual stores
• Prepare GRN based on actual received materials
• Monitor and track for any shortages / damages / excess upon delivery of material from the vendors
• Provide stock information to the Procurement, Sales and Production teams
• Prepare purchase request for non-available items for production based on their indent
• Supervise the daily / weekly / monthly random checking for moved items
• Quarterly and annual stock count for complete items
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time
• Based on monthly process of random stock taking activity for individual / selected group of products, identify variations in inventory and report such variations to the Head of inventory and procurement immediately
• Monitor and report the reorder level of stock to the concerned Procurement Manager as well as to the Head of Inventory & Procurement
• Report the non-delivery of special ordered materials for specific clients / projects
• Ensure regular generation of required MIS reports with high level of accuracy (including reports on the fast moving and non-moving products)
• Monitor and report the products with limited shelf life at least 3 months before their expiry
• Based on the inventory data, MIS reports generated and the stock variation reports, analyze and suggest innovative solutions for reducing inventory levels

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Building material
• Strong Analysis skills and reporting in inventory
• Strong command and people management skills
• Knowledge of ABC storage classifications
• MIS Reporting
• Language: Proficient English, preferably to communicate in Hindials/construction/interior related industries
