Contract Manager/Specialist - Bangladesh
Our client is International engineering Consultancy and they are seeking a Contract Manager/Specialist to join the team in Bangladesh to work on a Tunnel Project.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the project quality plan, contract documents and tender documents including the conditions, conditions of the contract including special conditions, bills of quantity’s
• Assist team leaders in preparation of progress reports
• Provide both team leaders and engineers with advice regarding the design changes, variations and interim payments
• Give advice in respect of contract issues and claims
• Organize survey and inspection and testing specialists for audit testing of contractors completed work in accordance with the project quality plans
Requirements
• Must hold a Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• Sound knowledge and experience in FIDIC contracts, quality assurance in project, risk and financial management
• Minimum 20 years post graduate experience with a minimum of 10 years international experience
• Exposure to large scale infrastructure projects and contract administration
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English
