Senior Contract Specialist

Dragon Recruiting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contract Specialist to work at a National Rail Link Project in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The is an Expat position and offers an excellent salary ($15 - 20,000 per month) and benefits eg. a car with a driver etc.

Padma Bridge Rail Link Project (January 2016 to June 2022) is construction of a 172 km railway line through Padma River Bridge involving USD 4 Billion funded by Chinese Government and Bangladesh Government.

Job Descriptions:

·Planning and leading the project contract management system
·Putting together plans and estimates, including budgets and timescales
·Preparing and presenting documents for tender
·Contributing to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers
·Gathering information together for invoicing at the end of the project
·Supplying information to resolve any disputes
·Managing contracts, variations, and assessing contractor claims
·Identifying areas for improvement
·Work closely with other professionals, like construction managers, quantity surveyors and planning engineers.

Salary:
USD 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

· Experience: At least 10 years previous experience with FEDIC contracts
· Industry: Construction
· Speciality: Railway
· Nationality Preference: Any nationality with relevant skills and exp
· Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
· Salary range in USD: per month is USD 15,000 to $20,000 plus other benefits
· Benefit Package: Car + driver
· Contract: 26 months
· Start Date: ASAP

Job location mainly Dhaka, but have to visit and stay in different site office like Mawa, Janjira, Kashiani, Narail, Jessore along the alignment of the project. There will be an international standard accommodation facility in every site.
