Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Dragon Recruiting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work at a National Rail Link Project in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The is an Expat position and offers an excellent salary ($15 - 20,000 per month) and benefits eg. a car with a driver etc.

Padma Bridge Rail Link Project (January 2016 to June 2022) is construction of a 172 km railway line through Padma River Bridge involving USD 4 Billion funded by Chinese Government and Bangladesh Government.

Job description:

·Managing the project quantity surveying requirements.
·Preparation of contracts details regarding quantities of required materials
·On-going cost analysis of construction, maintenance and repair work
·Feasibility studies of client requests
·Analysing completed work and validating payment to contractors
·Allocating upcoming work to contractors
·Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
·Producing Full Procurement
·Manage Sub-Contractors
·Finalizing Preparations for Site Start
·Main Contracting Experience

Salary:
USD 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

· Experience: At least 10 years previous relevant experience

· Salary range in USD: per month is USD 15,000 to $20,000 plus other benefits

· Contract: 36 months

Start Date: ASAP

Job location mainly Dhaka, but have to visit and stay in different site office like Mawa, Janjira, Kashiani,,Narail, Jessore along the alignment of the project. There will be international standard accommodation facility in every site.
