Project Manager - Building Construction

Job description / Role

My client is a leading international contractor who specialise in the construction of major building projects all over the world. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced project manager to oversee the construction of a major new building project in Minsk, Belarus. The role will involve leading the project from a contractors point of view to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget, managing all of the subcontractors and liaising with the client and the consultants

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering or a similar subject and will preferably be a chartered member of a recognised international body. Candidates must have experience of managing mega building construction projects for contracts from inception to client handover, dealing with all subcontractors, leading a team of local and international professionals and liaising with consultants and the end client. Candidates will preferably be able to speak Russian and should have worked in CIS countries previously.
