Position Title: Air Freight Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 5K EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification

Job Description:
• Implement and monitor enforcement of service and quality standards in cooperation with Product management in Corporate Head Office.
• Maintain rapport with airlines and airfreight sub-contractors.
• Monitor and enforce targets to country unit production, and ensure alignment and execution of the budget volume, shipment and tonnage targets.
• Interaction with Country Sales in terms of pricing (EX-Work to port, port to port, port to door)
• Provide overall administration, customer, and sales support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Belgium nationals
• 25 to 45 years old
• Must have at least 5 years experience on the same role preferably from mid-sized companies
• Must have a background in commercial/sales activities
• Must know how to speak Dutch, French, German, and English
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized
