Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation contractor with projects across Ireland, UK, and Mainland Europe. Our client operates across multiple sectors including Data Centre’s, Pharmaceutical, Microelectronics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, and Energy from Waste. They are currently seeking MEP Quantity Surveyors to work on Projects in Belgium.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Managing specialist sub-contractors, liaising with client & project teams.
• Pricing of variations, interim valuations and valuing sub-contractors' accounts.
• Ensuring the project and business profit objectives and targets are met and cash and margin are managed to maximise performance, all in a manner consistent with the Group processes.
• The Candidate will have experience in MEP quantity surveyor from a major subcontractor or main contractor.
• Skills in client & stakeholder management, cash management and optimisation, risk management, Project financial control, reporting and data management, Change management, Contract procedures, Quantification and costing of construction works.

You Will Need:
• An academic Quantity Surveying qualification or a trade background with relevant work experience.
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
• An EU Passport is required for this role.

Salary:
EUR 6,600 to 8,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
