Bus Driver

Job description / Role

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Bus Driver to join our transportation team in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes, ensuring a comfortable and secure travel experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate bus safely and efficiently according to schedule and route instructions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring accessibility for all.
- Collect fares or tickets while maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to maintain passenger safety.
- Respond promptly and calmly to any emergencies or incidents during transit.
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle environment at all times.

- Valid bus driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Prior experience driving passenger buses or similar vehicles preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Bulgaria.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers and team members.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Punctuality and reliability in following schedules and commitments.
- Physical fitness to perform vehicle inspections and assist passengers as needed.

Salary:
EUR 800 to 1,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
