Construction Technical Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Technical Manager to lead and oversee technical operations on our construction projects in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will ensure that technical standards are met, project specifications are adhered to, and that all construction activities are executed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review technical documentation including plans, reports, and progress updates.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials meet technical requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management with a strong technical focus.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Bulgaria.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bulgarian (both written and verbal).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Salary:
EUR 1,000 to 1,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
