Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated construction workers to join our team in Bulgaria. The ideal candidates will have experience in masonry, concrete finishing, and plastering. You will be working on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stones.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces to required specifications.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for a smooth finish.
• Read and follow technical drawings and blueprints.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a mason, concrete finisher, or plasterer.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Candidate Profile – Construction Worker (Bulgaria)
• Gender: Male
• Age: Up to 50 years old
• Experience: Proven background in masonry, concrete finishing, and plastering with the ability to deliver high-quality work in line with project specifications.

Skills & Competencies:
• Skilled in laying bricks, blocks, and stones.
• Proficient in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Competent in applying plaster to achieve smooth, durable surfaces.
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Able to read and interpret basic construction drawings.

Physical Requirements:
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and at heights.

Work Ethic & Attitude:
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Strong teamwork skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Language Skills: Basic English or local language knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary:
EUR 1,100 to 1,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
