Employment: Full Time

An exciting Global Design Managers job has opened up to work for a renowned real estate developer who has property all over the world.

As the Global Design Manager, you'll be a part of the design and development team ensuring all projects - both new build and high end fit-out are completed in line with the design brief/specifications and within budget. You will also be responsible for selection of design consultants and coordinating different disciplines.

The cost of living in Sofia is very low, while the tax as an expat will be around 10% of annual earnings.

EUR 90,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- MUST have an EU passport.
- You will need to be from an Architectural background.
- Have great experience with fit-out and high end finishes.
- Preferably degree qualified in Architecture.
- Willing to travel 20-30% of your time.
- Worked for consultants or client-side organisations.
- Led and coordinated multiple projects.
