Road Construction Worker

Job description / Role

We are hiring Road Construction Workers to work on various road and highway projects in Bulgaria. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in the construction, repair, and maintenance of roads.

Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and setting up materials.

Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.

Load and unload materials such as gravel, asphalt, and concrete.

Assist in laying asphalt, paving roads, and repairing damaged road surfaces.

Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times.

Work in a team under the direction of site supervisors.

Salary:
EUR 900 to 1,100 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: accommodation and transport provided by the company.
