Operations Manager

Job description / Role

GV Immigration Services is hiring Operations Manager for one of its esteemed Logistic and Suppliy Chain client with presence across Canada, US and Mexico,

- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services

Please note this position requires the flexibility to work several shifts.

*Employer will provide work permit and support with LMIA for the right candidates
**Candidates will have to pay the cost of visa application and arrange for relocation, travel etc with or without family.

Salary:
USD 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration or a related administrative services field is required.
- Min. 5 years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are usually required.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Multitasking Skills, Communication Skills, Team management experience.
- Fluency in English Language
