A reputed Oil & Gas company is seeking for highly experienced Chief R&D Engineer for Intelligent Well Completion for Well Optimization Institute in China. Their responsibility is to ensure operation is done safely and efficiently with respect for the environment.

Job Description Summary:

HSE responsibility:
• Implement the HSE guideline, policy and management target of center strictly;
• Transmit the documents related to safety and safety warnings issued by the company and the business division. And understand in time, covey the involved part to every employee to make everyone understand the relevant indicated spirit of superiors and learn and discuss the safety warning;
• Execute the QHSE system of company, business division and center, “zero tolerance” to the unsafe behaviors and hidden dangers.

Position responsibility:
• Implement the HSE guideline, policy and management target of business division and center strictly;
• Organize to compile the smart well completion development planning and technical improvement plan, and implement. Can establish and develop the intellectual technology of center rapidly, serve the intellectual well completion and intellectual water injection business home and abroad;
• Take in charge of organizing and designing the new intellectual well completion products, take in charge of organizing the development, research and design of new products and the performance test of new product and samples, organize to tackle key problems of technical reform and critical scientific research project;
• Take in charge of developing and grasping all the parameters measurement and series of advanced controlled technology, like electronic and optical temperature pressure, promote the development of intellectual water injection technology and intellectual oil production technology, take in charge of completing and developing the relevant tools, the technology and tools enter in and control the domestic and foreign intellectual and deep water well completion market rapidly;
• Take in charge of establishing the intellectual well completion technology system and cultivating the intellectual well completion engineers, organize to carry out the intellectual well completion business training, improve the employee’s learning ability, innovation strength and executive force constantly, create the intellectual well completion talent research and development team of the center.
• Complete other work assigned by the company.

Requirements

For Bachelor or Above:
• 15 years or above in the same industry
