Global Law firm has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Legal Specialist in the Shanghai office.
Job Purpose
Based in the Corporate Team.
Specific Duties
Candidates should have a desire to be dedicated full time to matters arising within the corporate team.
We do not require any legal qualification and prefer candidates who are not qualified to practice law.
Requirements
• Applicants must have graduated with a legal degree from a reputable university with excellent marks.
• Native level fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential
• Candidates without permanent work experience should bring strong academic background, work ethic and a desire to learn and train in a top international law firm for 2-4 years.
• Candidates with work experience should have a track record of transactional experience, a strong academic background and work ethic.
• We do not require any legal qualification and prefer candidates who are not qualified to practice law.
