We looking for an HR professional for a Business partner role managing the complete gamut of HR with a strategic bent of mind

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for HRBP implementation in the business department of the company.
- Focused on recruitment, and HR decision-making support .
- Responsible for the implementation of the company's human resource management policy system/system specifications in all business units.
- Assist business departments to improve human resource management.
- To help train and develop the human resource management ability of the cadres at all levels of the business unit.
- Provide effective solutions and support to business departments.

Requirements

The candidate should have

- Min exp - 4-8 years of exp with and MNC
- Nationality - Chinese
- Should have managed multiple locations
- Should be managing all departments in HR with a business partner perspective
