Type of Experience
• 8-10 years of Direct Sales Background, leading a sales team selling Real-Estate or other High Net Worth investment products and services in either of the two cities as above and surroundings. Senior Managerial experience is a must.

Job Description

The Employer is a prestigious MNC Real estate developer based in Dubai credited with some of the most valuable real-estate properties across China, Middle-East and in various parts of the world.
• Both the Sales Directors are expected to lead a team of Sales Managers, Assistant Sales Managers and others in their respective territories.
• The primary responsibility of this position will be to ensure high-value real-estate project sales across parts of China.
• The applicants must have 8-10 years of leading the Direct Sales teams, preferably in Real-Estate or similar high-net-worth products and services sectors such as Mortgage, Insurance, Banking, luxury Cars, Jewelry, Antiques, Private Jets, Yachts, Immigration & PR (business category), Investment banking, Portfolio management etc.
• Though negotiable, the target salary package is around CNY 40,000-50000 per month, plus commission, bonuses & other benefits normally associated with such roles and are fully negotiable.
• Interviews are scheduled to start on the 11th of March 2019 in both the above cities.

• Experience and expertise in developing new business & in new markets.

• Excellent education and upbringing & must be a strict disciplinarian
• Must know the respective market deeply and having good contacts & existing database.
• A go-getter who delivers.

Salary:

Requirements

• Must be a Chinese National, with 8-10 years of Direct Sales Management background & sales team leadership experience in Real-Estate or other High-Value Consumer Products, High Net Worth Investment, Banking or Portfolio Management etc.
• Senior Sales Management & Team Handling Experience in either of Chengdu or Shaoxing Regions is a must
