Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Managing the release master system (database of releases, statistics etc.
• Reviewing release requests and compiling complete and accurate documentation
• Following-up and tracking of all new product releases
• Facilitating the availability all data (releases and factory database) for all users
• Prepare samples for Sensory Testing
• Executing the backing up all releases in our data base
• Ensures that the Technical Acceptance records are properly identified and maintained in order to support the approval / release decision
• Additional responsibilities' maybe added as the business requires

Requirements

Education Requirements:
• Minimum High School degree or equivalent

Preferred Education / Skills:
• BS Food Science, Engineering and or related technical academic discipline

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum (2) years demonstrated work experience in in an technical administrative position manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years’ work experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated PC skills
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing and or pilot plant facility
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills
