From a modest start of two to three apartment buildings in the residential district of Doha in 1980, we have now developed an impressive range of properties which are owned and managed by us. From studios, luxury suites and chalets to 5-bedroom villas with private beaches and water-front town-homes, complemented by first-class leisure management facilities such as swimming pools, spas, jacuzzis, gyms, health-clubs, coffee-shops, snack bars and barbecue terraces and children\'s play areas, in addition to the safety and security on our properties; we have them all. In 1999 we commissioned our first fully furnished residential tower, setting the trend for similar buildings all over the country. In 2005, AHB partnered with regional Property Developers, and invested in various phases of the Pearl-Qatar. Today, AHB has acquired 36 properties, including town homes and apartments and has developed a notable 20 floor residential tower.
