Airline Factory Careers
About Airline Factory
Airline Factory is a boutique aviation consulting firm founded by senior industry executives with over 30 years of experience at major OEMs and airlines.
We help airlines, airports, and investors design and implement profitable business models through strategic, commercial, and analytical support.
We operate worldwide, with a strong focus on Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Our Services
We specialize in end-to-end airline and airport strategy design, structured around four key pillars:
DESIGN
We help new and existing airlines build solid strategic foundations by defining business models, assessing risks, identifying key partnerships, and supporting funding strategies. Typical assignments include new airline business plans, restructuring projects, and market entry strategies for investors or governments.
BUILD
We assist in transforming strategies into reality, from organizational setup to operational readiness. Our support covers AOC obtention, IOSA certification, SMS/FDM and compliance frameworks, and the creation of best-in-class operational structures and processes.
PROCURE
We leverage decades of OEM and industry experience to support aircraft and service acquisition. This includes fleet evaluations, support for OEM engagement and aircraft acquisition support, leasing and ACMI solutions and the procurement of airline services
(maintenance, IT, catering, ground handling, training, etc.), as well as sales, distribution, and revenue management setup.
OPERATE
We provide ongoing analytical and commercial support to optimize existing airline operations. This includes externalized fleet and network planning, performance monitoring, financing support, and strategic advisory to enhance long-term profitability.
AIRPORT ROUTE DEVELOPMENT
For airports, we use proprietary data models and traffic analytics to identify high-potential new routes and assess their profitability from the airline’s perspective. Our analyses simulate airline economics (traffic capture, load factors, yields, cost structures) under various scenarios to build a strong, evidence-based business case, helping airports convince target airlines and secure sustainable new services.
