"Education is simply the soul of society as it passes from one generation to another".

We own 4 schools in Kuwait composed of 7,000 students & 800 employees.

"AJIAL" is the Arabic translation of the English word "Generations”. It is our hope that our school will be the change catalyst needed to bring better improvement to the Kuwait society from one generation to another.

At AJIAL, we aim to equip our youngsters with the necessary 21st century skills that will enable them to succeed in the future & to lead their country. We also instill in our youngsters the values & heritage of the host country. We also celebrate the customs & culture of countries around the world during International Week. Our students are segregated by gender in grade one & upwards.

AJIAL aims to employ & retain staff of excellent caliber that creates an inquisitive learning environment, a collaborative working atmosphere, and a safe school premises. We are particularly interested in long-term members. The majority of our staff has been with the school for more than 6 years since its inception & they take great pride & ownership of its growth & progress. Our school is very much family oriented & we consider everyone a family member.

Our staff is comprised of both western & eastern nationalities. Every year we add one new grade level. Our students are segregated by gender starting grade one.
