Brampton Stafford began trading as Graduate Training Schemes.com ltd in 2001. The business initially combined sourcing final year students for employers graduate training schemes with searching for individual candidates for specific roles.

Since 2003 the business used Brampton Stafford as its trading name and has focussed exclusively on finding candidates for specific roles. Our graduate recruitment roots have ensured that we are particularly strong in this field. We did, however, decide to drop graduate from our trading name in 2003 as we began utilising our recruitment expertise to find experienced candidates.

Today Brampton Stafford continue to be an internet led recruitment agency using cutting edge technologies to identify the best candidates throughout the UK. We have a team of experienced consultants who successfully interview and forward candidates for graduate and experienced roles.
