Contracting and Construction Enterprises (CCE), was established in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1992 as a privately-owned general contracting company, operating in the Arabian Gulf and other countries of the Middle East. In 1995, CCE was prequalified by Saudi Aramco for the execution of industrial projects and in sequence it was classified as a first class general contracting company.
