classrooms. It has a self-access centre with computers and video conference facilities. The Centre is under British management with an experienced teacher trainer available to give professional development opportunities to teachers. The ELC caters for all levels and is the IELTS Centre for the region. It also offers younger learner courses. Classes are normally held between 2pm and 8pm Sat - Wed. There are 24
