Excelsa Properties is a real estate investment company active in a number of markets primarily on the East Coast of the United States. Our primary strategy is to acquire value-added opportunities in submarkets with revaluation potential, and create value through refurbishment, repositioning, and conversion as well as active asset management. We selectively pursue other strategies, including core and opportunistic, including ground up development. Multifamily represents the core of the portfolio, however we also seek exposure to other asset classes including office, student housing, and industrial. We are mindful of the cyclical nature of the industry and are patient to find the right opportunities, and typically hold investments long term.
