Gulf Drilling & Maintenance Company ( GDMC ) was established in 1982 to service the petroleum sector in Kuwait . It is one of the companies of the Kuwaiti Al Khalid group.

In the earlier years, primary activities at GDMC were limited to wireline operations. However, in 1992, GDMC began expanding its line of services, introducing a new Coiled Tubing unit along with pumping and filtering capabilities. Other services followed and, currently, GDMC is a fully integrated oilfield services company operating not only in Kuwait but also throughout the gulf.

GDMC is offering its clients today an integrated and complete service package including:

• production logging services
• coiled tubing and pumping operations
• production testing services
• wellhead maintenance services
