HBK Real Estate is a division of the HBK Holding Group. HBK Holding was founded over 40 years ago.
The umbrella of HBK Real Estate covers the development and management of the property portfolio of the HBK Holding Group; effectively a turnkey operation. The development puts HBK Real Estate in the role of the Clients Technical Office; including the preparation of project briefs, appointment of Consultants, monitoring approvals obtained from Government departments, sign off on designs, tendering, contract administration and management through to completion and hand over of the project for operation.
Once completed the projects are added to the portfolio and are managed in house. The team ensures much of the facility management on the portfolio is carried out in house with our engineers and technicians.
HBK Real Estate manages the leasing of the properties (residential and commercial) and by providing the full range of professional management ensures long term return on investment for the owners and long term tenants.
HBK Real Estate bases its success on the solid construction background of the team all of whom have years of experience in Qatar, an understanding of design and of requirements for the end users of the properties.
