The Leo Burnett Group of Companies for the Middle East and North Africa Region is based in Dubai. In 2002, this umbrella of companies was bought by the Publicis Group, the 4th largest communication group in the world and the world’s 2nd largest group in media buying and consultancy. This allows all the agencies under the Group to offer the needed, centralized and complete communication services to clients. There are four main agencies in the Group and each consists of a variety of key areas of expertise:
A. Leo Burnett Dubai / Kuwait - client servicing, creative services, studio/production, TV production, and planning
B. ARC – direct, digital and interactive marketing services
C. MS&L – public relations consultancy
D. The Orchard – editing services
