National Air Services (NAS) is a Riyadh based holding company that provides, through its subsidiaries and its divisions, private and commercial air transportation services.

NAS' subsidiaries include nasair, which is Saudi Arabia's first smart concept carrier and follows the Smart Airline principal that offers scheduled passenger transportation services. Other subsidiaries are NetJets Middle East program and Operation Special Projects Management (OSPM), these divisions of NAS provide charter private jet air transportation using fractional aircraft ownership, leasing programs and management contracts. The newest subsidiary, NAS TECH which aims to be a reputable leading technical organization in the Middle East that provides technical - services to (VIP & Airlines) Aircraft.
