PetroChina International (Middle East) Co. Ltd. (PCIME), a wholly- owned subsidiary of PetroChina International Co. Ltd., was registered in Dubai International Financial Centre in 2010.
PCIME is engaged in a broad range of activities including procurement and trading of physical crude oil, refined oil products and petrochemicals, and investing in oil refineries and oil storage facilities. Its main markets cover the Middle East Gulf, Red Sea and East Africa. As a front office in Dubai of PetroChina International Co. Ltd, it handled 24 million metric tons of crude oil, refined products and petrochemical products in 2013. Supported by fast growing China’s market and the market strength, it is expanding quickly in this region and has become one of major market participants.
