The Directors and Senior Management team have worked together for up to 20 years having taking Red from a standing start to becoming a recognised player in the industry in 4 years. Yet our Directors still spend 80% of their time designing and all executive staff have an exceptional freedom to concentrate on what they like doing.

It's a way of working that has seen us grow and develop a first class international team with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London, Manila and Oxford. Along the way, we have won major projects for Aldar, TDIC, HSBC Deutsche Bank, Roya International, Hilton Group and InterContinental Hotels Group, to name but a few.
